Lawrence is a proven, trusted and knowledgeable industry professional through his past 11 years of work experience as a staffing and recruiting professional. Starting his career as a recruiter, and working his way to Sales Representative then Sales Manager and eventually Branch Manager and Partner of Micro Tech Staffing Group. This hands-on experience and knowledge will allow Lawrence to capitalize and build his footprint in the Greater NH Seacoast territory.
Lawrence is a client focused manager and remains determined to provide quality services to every customer. As a Manager for Micro Tech Staffing, Lawrence lead multiple offices of sales and recruiting professionals to achieve growth and hit sales targets. Worked with large profile customers, analyzed budgets, and determined ways to streamline and improve the sales/recruiting process. Lawrence motivates and works alongside his teams to set and meet goals. In 2021 Lawrence set all-time company records for total billings and gross sales.
After cultivating a diverse portfolio of clientele – Lawrence seeks to serve the entire Manufacturing Industry through tireless dedication and the fastest customer follow up and follow through.
